5 Ways to Make Exercise Fun!


Most people these days dread exercise, the very thought of which is enough to cause stress and even anxiety, but what if we could make exercise fun? I for one have experienced this. Most days I have no desire to exercise, not in the traditional sense that is, but you have to find fun ways to exercise, or you will never have a desire to do so. In The Science of Being Well, Wallace D Wattles states that you can t exercise for the purpose of being healthy because that comes from the mindset that you aren t or won t be healthy if you don t exercise. Instead, exercise by being active doing things you love. Here are 5 ways to make exercise fun or have fun while exercising: 1. Play sports.
